On September 6th, 2019, we moved to a new location in the CF Rideau Centre mall:

350B, 50 Rideau St. (NEW UNIT)
Ottawa, ON K1N 9J7
We are situated on the third floor, right next to the OC Transpo Ticket Office, near the escalator close to Rideau and Sussex entrance.
