You will also be responsible for client retention while maximizing profitability.
We are looking for the right individual with the following qualifications:
- Strong Business to Business sales
- Excellent cold-calling skills
- Able to maintain and grow long term relationships
- Knowledge of the foreign exchange market
- Self-motivator
- Experienced in professional presentations
Base salary based on experience, along with an industry leading commission package.
Retail Supervisors - The position of Supervisor is responsible to ensure day-to-day operations of the Retail Branch are performed efficiently, profitably and effectively as possible. The Supervisor coaches and develops his/her employees on an ongoing basis, providing Performance Evaluations and constructive feedback. The position of Supervisor is responsible for growing local and tourist markets within its area by utilizing tools provided by the National Retail Manager.
Retail Tellers - The position of Teller is an ambassador to our front-line customers. The Teller is responsible for superior customer service and product knowledge. The position is responsible to inquire into the needs of our customers and provide them with the most adequate product to ensure their needs are met. The teller has an open line of communications with the Branch Supervisor or Manager.
Hiring at all retail locations, but immediate help required at the following
branches: Edmonton, Montreal, and Toronto.
